The book is a study of a landscape in the north, my studio and the home of an 18th century painter in Berlin, Germany. I produced black and white photographs specifically for the context of this book. The photographs show a range of approaches I have to image making and elicits my interests in geology, collecting, representations of landscape and abstraction.
